Advertisers are responsible for keeping their adverts accurate and up-to-date.

In no event will Devon-Accommodation.eu be liable for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on, or resulting from this agreement or your use of the service, even if Devon-Accommodation.eu has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations and exclusions apply without regard to whether the damages arise from:
1) breach of contract,
2) breach of warranty,
3) tort,
4) negligence,
5) strict liability,
6) any other cause of action, to the extent such exclusion and limitations are not prohibited by applicable law.

As a part of the Accommodation enquiry process, for your own purposes and not for further distribution, you may download, display, or print any portion of Devon-Accommodation.eu content. Devon-Accommodation.eu claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers. It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner to grant to Devon-Accommodation.eu the rights therein contained.

Advertisers are responsible for keeping the photographic materials in their adverts accurate and up-to-date.

An advertisement relates to a specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property. However, the user has full right to change the information in the advert during the time of its display, if the modification aims at improving the quality of the property's description or the actualisation of data.

If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done by the service's administrator after contacting Us by filling in the form in the section contact us. However, no refunds will be paid. The procedure of deleting the account is similar. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the Devon-Accommodation.eu on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, we reserve the right to remove the property from the Devon-Accommodation.eu site. No refunds will be paid. If Devon-Accommodation.eu receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertiser's property which Devon-Accommodation.eu, acting reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices or is in breach of its obligations to Devon-Accommodation.eu, then we reserve the right to remove the property from the web site without notice.

Multiply property can be added for each user, each advert must only describe one property at a time. Devon-Accommodation.eu reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement. No refunds will be paid.

Any entries in the reviews section must be genuine comments from guests who have stayed at the property advertised. Devon-Accommodation.eu reserves the right not to publish some of the comments on the website if their comments are vulgar or false. Only registered users have the ability of leaving the written reviews

Adverts will be translated only after they have been paid for. Devon-Accommodation.eu needs up to 7 days to make the translation, counting from the moment the service is paid for. Devon-Accommodation.eu reserves the right to change certain words or phrases, only in order to make the translation correct and suitable. Devon-Accommodation.eu assures that the translation will be consistent with the contents and transfer of the advert.

All banners that are displayed will be checked, and in case of incompatibility or technically impossibility to display on our website, we will immediately inform the user about it in order to solve the problem. Devon-Accommodation.eu reserves the right to suspend the display in case of any of the above circumstances. If the advert is inconsistent with the law, Devon-Accommodation.eu reserves the right to decline such an advert on the website and does not hold any responsibility for any damages resulting from this action, including lost expenses or profits.

There is no charge to have an advert on this site. There are options of adding extra photo's or promotions. These payments can be made by DotPay - the internet paymant system or directly to our bank account. Please read the Terms and Condition of the system. Charges for all of the services should be paid within the time of 30 days, counting from the moment when the administrator confirms the ordered services. After this time, Devon-Accommodation.eu will may not activate the ordered service.

Unless otherwise provided within these Terms, or unless specific applicable law requires Devon-Accommodation.eu to allow you to do so, you may not do any of the following without the prior written consent of Devon-Accommodation.eu:
1) reproducing or modifying any part of the website's content in any form whatsoever,
2) reproducing our content on your website using any device or framing technique to enclose any portion or aspect of the website without the consent of Devon-Accommodation.eu,
3) modifying or creating derivative works form the website's content or translate into any language or computer language,

9) using or accessing the website in any way that, in our reasonable judgment, adversely affects the performance or function of the site, or any other computer systems or networks used by Devon-Accommodation.eu, or infringes on our copyright or the copyright of our advertisers.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you do not agree with any part of this agreement, or have any other dispute or claim with or against Devon-Accommodation.eu with respect this agreement or the service then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.
